Dr. R. Kalaivani attended a district level meeting conducted by Tamilnadu Science Forum at TMSS, St. Xavier ITI, and Thanjavur. She delivered a talk on transformation of Science & Technology for societal development. She was elected as Academic Co-ordinator of TNSF, Thanjavur district on 25.07.2019

Dr. R. Kalaivani, Assistant Professor, of our department served as a Chief Guest for Science Exhibition in CSI Matriculation School, Thanjavur on 01.11.2019.

Dr. R. Kalaivani, Assistant Professor, of our department served as an evaluator in National children science congress student project evaluation, District Level, conducted at Arasu Engineering College, Kumbakonam on 06.11.2019.

Ms. A. Indumathi, Asst. professor of our department delivered a lecture on "PCR Operation and Instrumentation" in the Internship program - "Environmental Pollution and Analyses" organized by Department of Environmental and Herbal Science at Tamil University, Thanjavur on 05.12.2019.

Ms. A. Indumathi, Asst. Prof, PG & Research Department of Botany & Biotechnology received "Nation Builder Award" from Rotary India Literacy Mission for "Teaching excellence" organized by Rotary club of Thanjavur south, on 30-11-2018.
