International Symposium

A three days International Symposium had been organised by the PG and Research Department of English from 17/09/2019 to 19/09/2019 entitled "Experiencing English Culture from a Native Perspective."

An over cease visitor Mr. James Henry from England graced the occasion. It had been arranged for the PG students and final year UG students for the above mentioned days. It is highly beneficial for the students to learn about the Culture of England and many of the students enthusiastically interacted with the guest.

International Conference 2019

An International Conference entitled "Celebrating the Phenomenal Women in Literature-In Honour of Toni Morrison" was organized by the PG and Research Department of English, in Bon Secours College for Women, Thanjavur on 27/09/2019.

The Resource Persons are Dr.V.Vinod Kumar, Professor & Head, Department of English, Director, IQAC, Bharathidasan University, Trichy and Dr T.Karunakaran, Senior Lecturer, English Language Teaching, Faculty of Arts, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
