Condonation as Per University Norms
Students must have attained 75% attendance in each course to be eligible for appearing in the final examination. Students who have attained between 74% and 60% attendance may apply for condonation using the prescribed form and paying the prescribed fee. Students with 51% to 59% attendance may also apply for condonation using the prescribed form, provided they submit a Medical Certificate along with the fee.
Students with less than 50% attendance are not eligible to appear for the examination and must repeat the semester(s) upon completion of the course, with prior approval.
II. Tests / Examinations
Tests / Examinations
- Continuous Internal Assessment (CIAE):

Two centralized tests (CIAE I & CIAE II) for Internal Assessment will be conducted in a semester on completion of adequate number of units in the syllabus. The progress of these tests will be sent to the parents.

- End Semester Examinations:

The odd Semester Examination shall be held in the month of November/December and the Even Semester Examinations in the month of April /May.

The End Semester Examinations shall be held as per the schedule and the same will be displayed on the college notice board / College Website at least 40 days before the commencement of the Examination by the Examination Cell.

Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) Reassessment Policy

Students who secure low marks in a CIA assessment, or who are unable to appear for a CIA assessment due to genuine reasons such as medical emergencies, participation in University/Government-approved sports, NCC/NSS/Youth Festival activities, institutional representation, or any other reason approved by the Principal, may be permitted to undergo CIA Reassessment.

CIA Reassessment shall be conducted before the finalization and submission of CIA marks to the Examination Cell and shall form an integral part of the Continuous Internal Assessment process. It shall not be treated as a supplementary or re-examination.

For students who undergo CIA Reassessment after low performance, the higher of the original assessment mark and the reassessment mark shall be considered for CIA computation, as per the assessment scheme approved by the Academic Council. For students who were absent with approved reasons, the reassessment marks shall be considered for CIA computation.

A student shall ordinarily be permitted only one CIA Reassessment per course.

No CIA Reassessment shall be permitted after the CIA marks have been finalized and submitted to the Examination Cell, except for the correction of genuine clerical, tabulation, or data-entry errors approved by the Controller of Examinations.
Norms for Re-Valuation / Retotalling / Transparency [As Per University Norms]

Re-valuation / Retotalling / Transparency can be applied for, any number of papers for the current session ONLY.

Application for Revaluation / Retotalling / Transparency shall be made in the prescribed Proforma through the HoD / Principal of the college within 7 days after the publication of the results in the College Website. Application for revaluation shall be submitted with or without getting the transparency of the answer scripts.
